From the simplest marginal dock to a custom dock with all the accessories, we start with materials that are made and/or treated to last in the harsh Southwest Florida saltwater environment.

SteMic Marine Construction primarily installs aluminum lifts manufactured by Quality Boat Lifts and/or Ace Boat Lifts.

SteMic installs many types of walls in our residential applications. From a simple vinyl wall with an aluminum or wood cap to a 8″ thick concrete panel, we have done it all.

The typical boathouse constructed by SteMic Marine Construction is approx. 16′ x 31″. The roof can be constructed one of two way.

We are the only company that specializes in spot dredging in the Florida area.

Our commercial services range from extensive public works projects like Cape Coral pier to dock construction for the residential communities. We use the highest quality marine grade lumber and stainless steel hardware.

We offer design and construction of concrete, vinyl, and steel sheet piling seawalls. We also repair walls, from installing new deadmen to replacing concrete caps.

As an expert bridge contractor, SteMic builds many different designs and types of structures including pedestrian, beam, or cantilever. We tailor each aspect of these bridges to your desired style and aesthetic tastes.

We have both land and waterside crane capabilities for projects ranging from sailboat mast stepping to larger-scale pile driving. The barge and crane allows for the capacity to drive all types of piling, deliver and service moorings, marine salvage, and carry all types of freight.
